To make it easier for bookings to be made, we request for some of your personal contact information and store this information in a database and on the browser you use. This will enable you make multiple bookings without needing to reenter your contact information or go through a signup process.
We do not use any registration or login processes at this point as we intend to keep things simple and have an ease-of-use experience for our clients.
Your contact information will be deleted from your browser, if the browser's data is cleared as such resetting what was saved, and you'll be asked to input your email address to retrieve the copy of the information stored in our database.
Any changes made to the information displayed, will be automatically saved and updated in both the browser and in our database. However, for the sake of consistencies, we'd appreciate if the data is only changed as when necessary.
Clients are allowed to upload images - called Reference Look(s) to their booking to show us a view of what they would like to be (re)creating for a particular booking. If the photo is in one of our lookbook, you can save a copy and attach it to the reference look when booking. We are working on allowing clients recreate looks for our lookbook without needing to download the image(s). See the lookbook guide for more information.
To upload a photo, simple click on the Add photo button on the booking dialog, and select up to four (4) photos showing the styles you would like to make.
You can send us a message to further customise your booking or explain something you feel you need to include in your booking but couldn't find a form field to fill it in.
Once your booking is made, we'll be notified of it. After acknowledgment and processing, you will be contacted by us to make final adjustments and all processes will be in the works.
